Seems like all of the kinks have been worked out and things have been going smoothly! We ran into a few issues early on in the launch (mostly user error) which marketing/ customer service and IT were able to clean up & make it more user friendly for our customers.
Live Chat!
We are excited to release, live support chat! Our staff will be available via a live chat in our solution. In addition to our industry-leading phone and email support, testers can now communicate with a CSR, in real-time!
Add New Properties
Testers have the ability to add new properties and devices right through BSI Online. Congratulations on this accomplishment, BSI!
Team Canada!
I would like to give a shout out to Jody and our team in Canada (Rebecca, Carlee and Wendy) – Jody processed over 1,600 inspection surveys for Oxford so far this year. The response has been amazing, and Jody and the team worked with Scott to make this a smooth successful project – it will continue into 2025. We could not have done this without Jody.

It’s a Wrap!
Hard to believe 2024 is almost a wrap! 2024 was one of our most challenging years in customer service yet! 3.0 going live, tons of new contracts, the new WC portal, the live chat, new DES process. I am so proud of customer service’s hard work & adaptation to all of these big and exciting changes this year. It was also the best year in the sense that the company has grown so much over the years, that all of these new features were implemented. IT has been phenomenal to work with. Growing pains are not bad pains to have! So incredibly proud of our customer service team handling all these changes so graciously. Their teamwork, patience & professionalism truly amazes me. Very proud to lead such a dedicated team. BSI customer service is simply unmatched! Cheers to an even more successful 2025!
