As a plumbing company that submits backflow test reports for customers as required by their village, BSI is by far the best at what they do. We get almost immediate responses on any emails we send for assistance with entering tests, updating devices, applying extensions, etc. Their customer service is outstanding! Our department joined BSI in November 2023. Tracking, permitting, colleting fee's, and ensuring devices were in compliance was a huge task for our small office and required a lot of staff time. Since we joined BSI it has been a great experience. From the time I was contacted and watched the demo through today, it has been a seamless transition. BSI staff are diligent, professional, and always willing to help. The website is easy to navigate and has great reporting features that make tracking very easy. I would recommend BSI to anyone!

Worst company ever read 10 dual check backflow devices submitted forms ,money was with drawn from my checking account and received receipts .Then the wonderful bright intelligent brianiacs at bsi send a email to all my customers saying there water will be shut off due to not getting testing done.Makes all plumbing companies that do this work look incompetent by getting phone calls from aggravated customers telling you that you ripped them off

I've been working with BSI Online since 2008 back when we were the 2nd or 3rd Utility in Ohio to use their services. At another Utility now, and switched to BSI Online in 2023 for our records management and they are still just as responsive and helpful as when they were starting out! Their services are well worth the money spent. It is easy to get a hold of our account manager for help and can provide knowledge and educational resources as well!

We really enjoy how easy it is to navigate the online forms to submit new test results, edit device info, and even replace assembiles in some municipalities. The best of all is the Customer Service! When we have a question about the details for a new client, the customer service department works hand in hand with us to make sure that all of details are correct. Everyone is very friendly on the phone and seem to be dedicated to purpose of providing the Backflow Technician with any potentially helpful information.

This is a great system easy to submit reports and notices when up coming test are due this is the best manageable system I ever used

The BSI system is not hard to navigate, but just like the other systems it makes you click on the radio buttons for Closed Tight or Leaked. If the PSID value is not zero (0.0) then it is Closed Tight. if it is 0.0 then it is Leaked. There is no other reason that Leaked would be selected. These buttons should automatically be selected by the program. Thank you, jack Redwood Backflow

The reason the system (and most others) are setup like this, is because some State standards do not require a reading to be entered in, so, the user still has to tell us if the check valve is Closed Tight or if it Leaked. One shortcut on a desktop to make entering easier is after entering the value, pressing "Tab" and you'll see the radio button highlighted (press Tab twice to highlight "Leaked"). If you press "Space", it will fill in the radio button highlighted, and then, you can tab to the next box. Makes testing, reference and tester/tool tracking so much easier. More AHJs need to get off the trolley and on the train.

Of all the online backflow reporting portals, BSI's website is the most user-friendly. The reminder notifications are helpful and the customer service is responsive and reliable.

We did check our system and verified JT’s Complete Plumbing Service LLC has received our price increase notifications and opened them. BSI Online is a joke. I have been testing backflow preventers for 30 years and I have never had so much hassle submitting a report to a utility than what I experienced this year trying to go through BSI Online. I also detest the approach BSI Online takes. They sell their service to a utility and make money that way, then they charge the tester to submit the report and will not accept the report or allow it to go to the utility until the tester creates an account with them and they receive payment via a credit or debit card attached to their company. I DO NOT APPROVE OF BSI ONLINE NEITHER ENDORSE THEM! If I could leave a minus five stars, I would. I also suspect this review will not be posted.

Part of our service is helping track testing credentials (license and test gauge calibrations). We do know BSI Online is a new process in Sevierville, but we have an entire Testing Company Support Team ready to assist and can answer any questions you may have moving forward.
