As a tester and end user of the BSI Platform I will say that I really like the ease of use. When I'm called to test a device, I really like it that as soon as I'm done with the test and back at the office, it only takes a minute to enter the result and soon thereafter, I get an email with the test report that I can email to my client. It works really well IMHO. Keep up the good work BSI!

The most user friendly portal to submit results, from printing reports to paying fees online. And their staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. The turn around time to any questions or inquiries on devices are same day. Great feature with annual notifications as last tester, keeps us in touch with our customers and keep them up to date.

The Online Portal is rather good, makes it simple and easy. But when your IMBL doesn't get loaded and you have to reach out to customer service....good luck. It's been over a week now and we can't use BSI online, over a week since we sent in our updated and renewed Business License. Nice email about celebrating Woman's History Month though....how about honoring that with a little work ethic?I originally sent it to the email below, and another one this morning. Almost 10 days to update something I could most likely do myself in settings. If it's going to take weeks to update something as simple as a Business License please give your customers permission to do it themselves.

I absolutely love BSI. I'm an office administrator in NC and therefore use MANY different backflow portals and this is the most user-friendly site I use. Support is always there to help me with any questions or concerns which is something others do not offer. I can always count on the information to be correct and if not, they offer great solutions to get it taken care of. I hope one day the other portals can be just like you! You make my job a lot easier, and I greatly appreciate it!
