I’ve never called a company that contracts with a government and felt like they actually want to help until BSI. Honestly, when I got my backflow testing notice and called the number, I thought I would be speaking with someone from SAWS. The service agent was so helpful and understanding I had to look into things. They answer calls in a timely matter, and walk you through whatever you need to get your certification. Very impressive.

I enjoy working with BSI Online, it is easy to use and upload reports. It is helpful to look up backflow locations for my techs and easy to see and update our system with inspection dates to stay current.

I have been using BSI for our City services for 3 years. They have been with our City for 5 years. I was a property owner before that and used BSI as an inspection service for years. All of my service has been first class! Since they manage our backflow database, things are much smoother. I highly recommend their services!

BSI has made reporting backflow testing for the City of Cleveland, as well as other locations, easy and simple. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help with any issues that may come up.

We started using BSI back in 2022. Being able to go to one location for tracking, reports, testing schedules, and approved testing companies has made everything go so much smoother. BSI has also been putting in a great effort to implement new features on their website, I've enjoyed using several of them already.

Accurate Irrigation and Plumbing

As a plumbing company that submits backflow test reports for customers as required by their village, BSI is by far the best at what they do. We get almost immediate responses on any emails we send for assistance with entering tests, updating devices, applying extensions, etc. Their customer service is outstanding! Do not hesitate to contract with them for your reporting needs!
