Jen Bloom
Jen BloomData Coordinator

Jen Bloom is a pro at transforming chaotic data into workable and trackable information for our program. She is the driving force steering our organizations in the right direction for success. Jen diligently combs through thousands of lines of data to build our imports. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the backflow industry is amazing! Jen is currently working on one of the largest databases to date – San Antonio Water System. This file will take Jen months of dedication.

Without Jen we simply could not launch a new client. Jen is truly one of a kind and we appreciate everything she does for us and our Clients.

Jody Hill

Many of you may not have had the pleasure of meeting or hearing about Jody Hill. Jody has been with BSI since day one and an invaluable member of our team. Jody is our go-to expert on all things backflow related – from state regulations to specific assembly inquiries. We rely on him to keep us informed and up to date on the industry. A bonus – Jody always has a great joke (or two) up his sleeve!
Currently, Jody is spending the summer in Colorado performing inspections for Boulder and Lafayette. He is out in the field visiting properties, identifying potential cross-connections, and comparing our database with what he sees on site. When completed, he will make recommendations to the water purveyor on how they can better protect their water system. This is just one more way Jody brings a hands-on approach to everything he does! Oh, did I mention that he also handles mail surveys for the US and Canada? Yep, this guy can do it all!

Customer Service

Our customer service team has done a tremendous job this irrigation season! We are all excited that we are at the tail end of the 2024 irrigation season & the volume is winding down a bit each week.

We had a record-breaking day for phone calls – 851 calls between both departments on June 10th!

Shoutout to the inspectors for a lot of Saturday work/Saturday installs! This work does not go unnoticed, and we appreciate all your time and commitment!

After four years of dedicated effort, Megan has successfully secured the Langham Hotel account, which includes managing 87 devices. This new achievement is a testament to her perseverance and commitment, finally bringing the long-sought-after partnership to fruition. Her hard work over the years has paid off, marking a significant milestone for both Megan and the company.
