This past March, the CBI/BSI family participated in a friendly NCAA March Madness Tournament! As crazy as that month was, congrats to Donna Pena (Account Management) and Angelina Abbott (Water Customer CSR) our bracket winners! We are looking forward to next year’s tournament!

Last year, on September 22^nd, Kristina Johnson (BSI Assistant CSR Manager) welcomed Troy Jacob! He weighed 9 lbs 2 oz and was 22 inches long!

• Jody Hill, Director of Field Operations, concluded inspections in Boulder, CO, Englewood, CO, and supervised inspections here in Illinois for the Village of Niles! Excellent work, Jody.
• The Account Management Team has onboarded 22 new clients so far in 2023!
• Crystal has been BUSY processing letters. So far, she has processed 20,000 letters and counting! Irrigation Season is here!
