We have an exciting new blog today as we catch up with BSI’s Customer Service Manager, Chrissy Bloom! You may remember her past Employee Spotlight from a couple years back, Chrissy has been with BSI Online for over 8 years. She started as a Customer Service Agent and worked her way up to Customer Service Manager. Chrissy currently manages our customer service team of over 12 employees. BSI Online’s customer service is simply unmatched! Our customer service team is ready to assist Water Purveyors, Testers, and Water Customers with inquiries about your backflow program!   • Who’s your go to band or artist when you can’t decide on something to listen to? 

 Anything 90’s. My Spotify playlist sounds like you just walked into a skating party in 1998. 

  • What is your favorite vacation that you’ve been on? 

 My husband and I like to vacation often. I think our best trip to date was our destination wedding on June 1, 2019, at The Hard Rock Riviera Maya. We had almost 70 people fly down with us to celebrate our wedding! (Including half of the BSI staff!!!) 

  • How many siblings do you have?  

I have one sister who I couldn’t be closer with. Shout out to Jen Bloom! Until I got married, we lived together, we work together, and we also share custody of a sweet senior Pug named Weezy.  

  • Where would you spend all your time if you could?  

I am a reality TV and crime show junkie. So, my idea of an enjoyable evening would be hitting the couch with my pups, ordering a pizza & watching the latest Real Housewives or 20/20 episode. Weezy is my 11-year-old pug and Winnie is my 3-year-old French bulldog. They also enjoy cuddles on the couch and lazy evenings with mom! 

  • Who inspires you to be better?  

I am expecting a little bundle of joy in March 2023. He already inspires me to be the absolute best version of myself that I can be.
