We recently sat down with Vanessa Lumley, a Water Quality Programs Specialist from Liberty Utilities (California) and one of our newer customers to ask a few questions about their BSI experience.
What method were you using to track your backflow records before BSI Online?
We were using CIS (Customer Interface System)
What is your favorite feature on the current version of the BSI program?
The non-compliant list and we don’t have to worry about reminding the customer for testing. BSI manages all the mailing for us.
How has partnering with BSI Online improved your day to day job duties?
The cross-connections program has improved 100% with BSI. BSI makes everything easy and working with Courtney is awesome.
Would you recommend BSI Online to other municipalities or water purveyors?

Fantastic. The staff is responsive and efficient, they do their job without complaining and always try to make us happy. We love BSI!
